You Tell Us

Fill in our health questionnaire, select a service and make your purchase. Our questionnaire includes questions typically asked in a face to face consult, which gives our doctors the necessary background information to address your needs.

We Review

Our doctors will review your questionnaire responses and write your prescription. If they notice any red flags in your answers such as heavy smoking or history of blood clots they will contact you to chat about them. Having this information allows doctors to make sure that your preferred birth control brand is suitable for you.

We Deliver

Once your prescription is issued by one of our doctors, our partner pharmacy in the Philippines (which holds an LTO license and business permit) will dispense and pack your medication in discreet packaging. Our delivery partner will deliver your package to your doorstep. Best part? We deliver nationwide and it takes just a few working days to arrive to you.

We Support

We are dedicated to supporting you throughout your healthcare journey. That’s why even after you’ve received your medication, you'll still be able to access round the clock support from our dedicated care team, who can assist you on a range of topics and if necessary, refer you to a medical professional.

Yes it is. All medication purchased through Ease are prescribed on the same rules and medical standards applied to your family physician. Our medical professionals will only prescribe medication when it is safe to do so based on the information you’ve provided us.

We are partnered with a Philippine-based retail pharmacy that holds an LTO license and Philippine business permit to dispense your medication, so you can be assured that your medication comes from a reliable source.

We are neither a pharmacy nor a clinic. Ease is a service platform that improves access to sexual and reproductive health services through the use of technology and supply chain innovations.

We work closely with licensed doctors and pharmacies to ensure that the process of attending consultations and obtaining medication is as streamlined and convenient as possible

If you’re unsure what type of birth control may work best for you, our doctors will be able to help. You can book a teleconsultation here with one of our Philippines-based doctors to discuss different birth control options, and find what works best for you according to your health history and preferences.

We ship nationwide via private courier. Products and medication take 1-3 working days to arrive in Metro Manila, and 3-5 working days for Luzon and 5-10 working days for the rest of the Philippines. Local delivery within the Philippines costs ₱300.

For safety and privacy reasons, only the patient or their authorised person can collect the medication package. If you are not home, you will need to authorise someone to collect on your behalf. To do so, you can either call our hotline to let us know the details of the authorized person, or indicate their details in the “additional comments” section of the checkout page.
