After clicking “get started” you will need to fill up a short medical questionnaire and select a timing for your teleconsultation. You will then speak with a doctor over a video call who will issue your prescription and explain to you how to take the medication. After the consultation is over we will deliver your medication in discreet packaging to your doorstep.
You will need to start the treatment a few days before your period is expected so we recommend that you book your teleconsultation at least 10 days in advance so that you have enough time to speak with our doctor and get your medication delivered.
We deliver 7 days a week. If you opt for our 4 hour delivery service, between 10am – 5pm, we will ship your prescription to you within 4 hours of your doctor’s appointment. All orders made after 5pm will be shipped the next day. Please note that you, or an authorized person will need to be home to receive the package.
If you opt for our standard postal service, we will ship your medication on the same day as your doctor’s appointment / approval and you will receive it within 1 – 3 working days.
