We are able to support menstrual health issues in 3 ways: medical advice, prescription medication and medical tests & examinations.

Our doctors are experienced in sexual and reproductive health, and will be able to advise patients on a range of menstrual health conditions such as abnormally heavy periods, painful periods, irregular menstrual cycle, absence of periods and spotting between cycles.

Our doctors will also be able to provide prescription medication, if suitable to help with these and other symptoms.

We also provide a variety of tests such as PCOS tests and Amenorrhoea tests that can help provide more information about your symptoms and what is causing them.

Our doctors will be able to assess your situation and prescribe medication (if necessary) for menorrhagia, dysmenorrhea, irregular menstrual cycles, amenorrhea, delaying periods, among other menstrual health conditions/symptoms. There is a range of medications available for these conditions, so the medications and the length of the treatment will depend on your situation!

Yes, our doctors will be able to prescribe you medication to delay your periods if necessary! You can book a teleconsultation to get your prescription here.

As a general rule of thumb, you should see a doctor when the condition affects your daily life, such as abnormally painful period cramps that prevent you from doing daily activities. If you’re uncomfortable or in pain due to a menstrual health related issue, you can consult a doctor to get peace of mind and find answers to your questions or get treatment to alleviate your condition. Menstrual irregularities such as heavy bleeding and irregular cycles can be managed effectively by consulting a doctor, gaining answers to your questions, and obtaining the right treatment.

We deliver 7 days a week. If you opt for our 4 hour delivery service, between 10am – 5pm, we will ship your prescription to you within 4 hours of your doctor’s appointment. All orders made after 5pm will be shipped the next day. Please note that you, or an authorized person will need to be home to receive the package.

If you opt for our standard postal service, we will ship your medication on the same day as your doctor’s appointment / approval and you will receive it within 1 – 3 working days.
