You can sign up for a Sexual Health Teleconsultation to speak with our doctor if you’re experiencing symptoms of yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis or urinary tract infection (UTI) such as:

– Burning, redness, and swelling of the vagina and the vulva
– Pain or burning sensation when urinating
– Pain during sex
– Soreness
– A thick, white vaginal discharge that looks like cottage cheese and does not have a bad smell
– Fishy smell that gets stronger after sex
– Itching
– Thin white, gray, or green discharge
– Needing to pee more often than usual during the night (nocturia)
– Pee that looks cloudy
– Needing to pee suddenly or more urgently than usual
– Needing to pee more often than usual
– Blood in your pee
– Lower tummy pain or pain in your back, just under the ribs

This is a teleconsultation that lasts up to 10 minutes. You will be able to discuss your UTI symptoms or clarify any concerns and/or questions you may have regarding any UTI symptoms you experience, as well as seek advice on future prevention. If appropriate, our doctors will be able to prescribe your UTI treatment.

These are the common symptoms of urinary tract infections (UTIs):

• Burning sensation when urinating
• Strong, persistent urge to urine
• Passing frequent and small amounts of urine
• Smelly or cloudy urine
• Red or bright pink urine that indicates blood
• Pelvic pain
• High temperature or feeling hot & shivery

If, during your teleconsultation, your doctor believes that your situation requires you to attend a physical check-up or face to face appointment, we will be able to arrange an appointment for you via one of our partner clinics.

Absolutely! Telemedicine is safe and effective so long as doctors have accurate, current information about your case. This applies to both telemedicine and in-person visits. This is why it is important that you answer all the questions truthfully and accurately in the health assessment form as well as during your UTI consultation.

Furthermore, all doctors on our platform have completed the Singapore Ministry of Health’s telemedicine e-learning course and are well-trained to deliver medical advice and prescribe treatments through telemedicine.

For UTI medication we offer free express delivery (4 hours from your doctor’s appointment for purchases made before 5pm). Purchases made after 5pm will be delivered by 12pm the next day. Your package will be delivered to your doorstep. (For example if you order at 2pm and your doctor’s appointment is at 3pm your package will arrive by 7pm. If you order at 9pm and your doctor’s appointment is at 11pm your package will arrive by 12pm the next day).
